The updated version fixes RC bug #987601.
It also fixes the init.d script (when systemd is not used).
It also cleanups a Suggests: of a package no longer in the archive.
This is a leaf package with no rdeps.
Changes are in the Suggests: and in the init.d script when systemd is not
in use: risks of regressions are very low.
