libdatetime-timezone-perl is a Perl library exposing the Olson timezone
database.
Changes since the package currently in bullseye and buster include
adjustments to the DST rules of Fiji and Palestine.
The changes for Palestine come into effect later this week, with those
for Fiji taking effect during November.
