We would like the Release Team's permission to carry out a GNUstep transition, namely libgnustep-base1.27 -> 1.28 libgnustep-gui0.28 -> 0.29 As usual, it's better to be done simultaneously (only one round binNMUs for both libraries) since everything that depends on -gui also depends on -base. As always, gnustep-back will need a sourceful upload and should not be binNMUed. I have build-tested all rdeps and no problems were observed, at least on amd64. The auto tracker(s) at release.d.o is/are correct.
