Hi I would like to upload linux version 5.17.11-1 to unstable.
Since openssl transition is ongoing I'm as well explicity CC'ing
Sebastian Andrzej Siewior.
It imports new stable versions up to 5.17.11, including fixes for
CVE-2022-1012, CVE-2022-1729, CVE-2022-1734 and CVE-2022-21499.
An ABI bump is included.
