Hmmm. How did it manage to build initially, then? https://buildd.debian.org/status/fetch.php?pkg=macromoleculebuilder&arch=amd64&ver=3.2%2Bdfsg-2&stamp=1608131113&raw=0 appears to be the version in bullseye currently, and only mentions docbook-xsl once, in the list of Suggest:ed packages.
