because the package does not build currently for armel architecture.

I'll add a hint for the armel issue, but you have a bigger problem.
Build-Depends(-Arch): tuiwidgets posixsignalmanager
And posixsignalmanager fails it's test on s390x (where it does build, so
not as simple.
