There are mainly two changes:
+ * Fix sometimes mistakenly matches lines when last of multiple patterns
+ includes backref (Closes: #1029235)
+ * debian/salsa-ci.yml set RELEASE: bullseye
The latter is the simplest change, to make salsa-ci's pipeline build
