Please unblock package singular.
This package fixes the RC bug #1034769:
the python3-brial packages is removed from the build-dependency list
(and it is substituted with python3).
This change is necessary to provide singular on all supported arch
while it does not affect its buildings as the python3-brial material
is actually not used by singular.
