[ Tests ] Version in unstable runs correctly on bookworm system. [ Risks ] very low: added patch only changes the dtype to follow changes in Python NumPy between bullseye and bookworm. [ Checklist ] [X] all changes are documented in the d/changelog [X] I reviewed all changes and I approve them [X] attach debdiff against the package in testing [ Other info ] Perhaps bug #1032195 severity should have been set to serious. numpy.float was deprecated in NumPy 1.20, removed in NumPy 1.24.
