Hi,

I would like to upload a new release of the linphone-stack to unstable.

It consists of a number of packages that have been staged in experimental

  bctoolbox
  belr
  bcmatroska2
  bzrtp
  ortp
  belcard
  belle-sip
  lime
  mediastreamer2
  linphone
  linphone-desktop

The only external hit will be on src:trx which is not compatible with the new
license. The maintainer has agreed for it to be removed in #1026042. Other than
that the linphone stack is self-contained these days.

It will fix two RC bugs in unstable (ftbfs with GCC-13).

Automatic transition trackers for some of the libraries involved are

https://release.debian.org/transitions/html/auto-belle-sip.html
https://release.debian.org/transitions/html/auto-linphone.html
https://release.debian.org/transitions/html/auto-mediastreamer2.html
https://release.debian.org/transitions/html/auto-bzrtp.html
