Dear release team,

I have uploaded two new bugfixes for systemd in bullseye. One fixes a
regression introduced by a security fix in udev rules, that has been
reported by a bullseye user. The other fixes an old memory leak.

The source debdiff is attached.

Kind regards,
Luca Boccassi
