Hello,

I would like to request a transition slot for spglib
(experimental -> unstable) due to soname bump. Current ben tracker [1]
is OK. Rebuild results for reverse dependencies:

* avogadrolibs: OK
* c2x: OK
* cod-tools: needs a trivial patch, I will upload it
* cp2k: OK
* gabedit: OK
