Dear Debian Contributors,

I am writing here because of a bug [1] in libstdc++ blocking Telegram Desktop
from backporting to bookworm. The bug is not fixed yet but can be masked in
the libmsgsl-dev package. And should we do an update of the later package in
bookworm-stable, or bookworm-backports is the better choose? In any case, I
have already prepared [2] the update to the stable suite, though no reply. So
what is the best thing to do in such a situation?

Please CC me on these lists, if you would not mind.
