Please binnmu freetype on armel & armhf for the time_t transition. I
am hopeful that this could unblock cairo which is fairly low-level in
bootstrapping.

https://buildd.debian.org/status/package.php?p=cairo

nmu freetype_2.13.2+dfsg-1 . armel armhf . unstable . -m "Rebuild for
time_t transition"
