Hello,

I want to update Debian 12 with 7zip 23.07 to fix these security issues.
    * CVE-2023-31102
    * CVE-2023-40481
    * CVE-2023-52168
    * CVE-2023-52169

And here is debdiff file to show updated part in "debian" directory.
All of difference can be examine from salsa.
