Chromium is still blocked from migrating by libxml2, and trixie's
version has racked up 37 CVEs. Now that the sid version builds for all 5
architectures, it's time for another tpu.
The packaging changes between 127.0.6533.119-1 in sid and
127.0.6533.119-1~deb13u1 are attached. Same changes as in #1076396.
