On behalf of the GNUstep team I would like to request a transition
slot for a gnustep-netclasses transition due to upstream SONAME bump
(libnetclasses0 -> libnetclasses1). The new version of the library is
available in experimental, built on all release architectures.

The sole rdep talksoup.app builds successfully against the new
library version. The automatic ben tracker looks fine.
