Hi release team

libxcb-util1, libxcb-util0-dev and libxcb-util-dev each have different
changelog.Debian.gz for riscv64 vs any other architecture. This causes
an unpack error from dpkg. Please binNMU on all architectures.

nmu xcb-util_0.4.0-1+b1 . ANY . unstable . -m "rebuild to fix coinstallation
failure"
