I validated that only d/changelog, the two PO files plus a timestamp
update of the .pot file changed in the debdiff.
The .pot file changed since I used po4a to regenerate the .pot and .po
files since it re-formats the po files as well to match po4a's defaults,
which minimizes the diff.
