unblock imgtex/0.20050123-4
imgtex was removed from testing only because libapache2-mod-fastcgi
(on which imgtex depended) was removed from testing;

Bug #393889: libapache2-mod-fastcgi uninstallable in sid due to apache2
conflict
# apache2.2 transition
and imgtex itself doesn't get any bug report at present.
So I believe imgtex could be in testing with enough good
reason.
