Please unblock package gnome-shell-extensions

[ Reason ]
New bugfix release in the stable 48.x series.

[ Impact ]
* windowsNavigator: Fix handling keyboard shortcuts
https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/gnome-shell-extensions/-/issues/561

There was also a build option addition to allow disabling the Xorg
session. That doesn't affect us.

[ Tests ]
No autopkgtests (not a very practical way to test GNOME Shell
extensions). So I manually installed it on top of Debian Testing and
verified that I was able to log in to GNOME Classic and a quick try of
several of the extensions seemed to work ok.

[ Risks ]
gnome-shell-extensions is not currently a key package but it was
installed by default for Debian 12 GNOME (and in many earlier
releases). It has no reverse dependencies in Unstable or Testing now.

[ Checklist ]
[✔️] all changes are documented in the d/changelog
[✔️] I reviewed all changes and I approve them
[✔️] attach debdiff against the package in testing

[ Other info ]
Minor updates of gnome-shell-extensions do not need to have the same
minor version of gnome-shell. As long as both are 48.x, it's good.

unblock gnome-shell-extensions/48.2-1

Thank you,
Jeremy Bícha
