Dear Release Team,

I would like to update the wireshark package to the latest point
release with security fixes
released by upstream.

I've uploaded the new point release to experimental already:

Changes:
 wireshark (4.4.7-0exp1) experimental; urgency=medium
 .
   * New upstream version
     - security fixes:
       * Dissection engine crash (CVE-2025-5601)
   * Target experimental due to the freeze

Uploading full point releases as security updates is an established
practice for the package and the Security Team already asked for
fixing the outstanding security issue fixed in this point release:
https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=1107515

Cheers,
Balint
