Please unblock package gimp

[ Reason ]
Security fix

[ Impact ]
Security fix for 32-bit architectures. The 64-bit fix landed in
3.0.2-3.1 (and included upstream in 3.0.4) in May.
https://bugs.debian.org/1107758

[ Tests ]
I didn't test the security fix but on amd64…

I installed the gimp 3.0.4-3 packages in Debian Testing and verified
that gimp continues to work. I opened copies of one file each of .jpg,
a .png, and a .jxl (JPEG XL) file from the gnome-backgrounds files in
/usr/share/backgrounds/ and verified that I was able to make basic
changes and export to those formats and to gimp's native .xcf format.

[ Risks ]
gimp is not a key package but it is popular.

gimp is also available on Flathub or Snap or AppImage if Debian's
package is unusable..

[ Checklist ]
[✔️] all changes are documented in the d/changelog
[✔️] I reviewed all changes and I approve them
[✔️] attach debdiff against the package in testing

unblock gimp/3.0.4-3

Thank you,
Jeremy Bícha
