please unblock package kweather.
[ Reason ]
It contains the following changes:
* Fix upstream source URL stanza in debian/copyright.
* New upstream release (25.04.3).
- FlatLocationForecast: Don't hardcode height of hourly strip.
(kde#505547)
The complete debdiff is somewhat big due to translation fixes so I’m
attaching a simple diff trimmed of these for your convenience :

[ Tests ]
- Upstream test suite passes in sbuild.
- Tested browsing and searching items in an indoor map in Kongress.
[ Risks ]
Only contains the latest upstream point release of the 25.04 Gear
branch. Further fixes can easily be backported or the change reverted.
