I'd like to request a transition slot for papi.
Only one binNMU by the RT will be needed (starpu) and one manual binNMU
(starpu-contrib), I'll take care of that one.
starpu built fine against the new papi at the time I uploaded it to
experimental ...
eztrace(-contrib) has a build-time dependency on papi but no
run-time dependency, I'll check that later.
