Bug#1114856: tasmanian autopkg tests triggered for every gcc-NN package

Seen with this particular package, the tasmanian autopkg tests are 
triggered with many packages, at least for all gcc-NN packages, while 
only having g++ and gfortran as test dependencies.

Paul guessed on irc, that it's libgcc-s1 which triggers these tests, but 
there's only one gcc-NN package which builds this binary package (maybe 
during transitions, that can be two).
