ldc was removed from Testing and then a new version (1.41) was
uploaded with a soname bump that did migrate to Testing. I believe
that the removal of the library source package from Testing made it so
that we didn't get an automatic transition tracker. However, Ubuntu
didn't remove ldc and they do have an auto transition tracker so we
can copy theirs (libphobos2-ldc-shared110 → libphobos2-ldc-shared111).

Please schedule binNMUs for
diet-ng
gir-to-d
mir-core
mustache-d
sambamba

appstream-generator was rewritten from D to Inja so it's waiting for
inja to be accepted from NEW. We are doing a tilix upload now since
source changes were required.
