Is it possible and practical for a Debian source package like

I'm not sure, I'm wondering what dak does with sources without binaries.
I think it will show up on the cruft report [1] and has the risk of
being removed. However, I think these cruft removals are still manual
and the cruft reporting tool could be taught to not list this source.
Maybe ftp-master can answer the question?
I was thinking the same thing. Otherwise, you could build it everywhere and file
an RC bug to prevent testing migration.
