libsecp256k1 is ready for a library transition from version 0.6.0-1 (libsecp256k1-5) to 0.7.0-1 (libsecp256k1-6). The only depending package is python-electrum-ecc. We have already successfully tested building it against the new version of libsecp256k1.

The package migrated and the old binaries got removed from testing.
