util-linux 2.41.3-2 currently does not migrate because of failing 
tests in sssd and gdm3. AFAICT the gdm3 test failure is the same as 
in sssd, and probably caused by the sssd version in unstable; I 
filed #1123815 for sssd a few days ago. There's also #1122483 
generally preventing the new sssd version from migrating.

Please consider ignoring the sssd, gdm3 tests for util-linux 
2.41.3-2.
