Dear release team,
the upgrade from epr-api v2.3~dev20150708 to v2.3 requires a change in
the SONAME and hence a transition. The new version is already in
experimental.
The following source packages need to be rebuilt:
doris
gmtsar
pyepr
All the above listed packages have been tested with the new version of
epr-api and build successfully.
Please schedule binNMUs for the above mentioned packages on all
architectures.

Note that doris needs a source upload because it's in contrib.
epr-api (2.3-1) is built & installed on all architectures, doris can be
uploaded now and the others binNMUed.
doris migrated to testing which enabled the removal of the old library package.
