I was actually mostly wrong here for the intended use case, since ben 
knows about "sid only" when using projectb it could also show this for 
version differences (e.g. red background colour for the version).

There might be false positives when testing has a good version that is 
different from the version currently in unstable - ben would display
that testing has a different version, not whether the version in 
testing is already good.

update_excuses already shows the binNMUs, and that's the first place 
where I would expect test results to be visible. From there it could 
also be shown in other places like tracker.

ben already links to the tracker package of a package.

I could imagine ben parsing excuses.yaml and displaying the information 
as a mouseover for the package version, similar to the other mouseovers.
