I am looking to update src:opencc from v1.1.9 (sid) to v1.2.0 (experimental),
which involves a SONAME bump that needs a rebuild of all reverse dependencies.

Following https://release.debian.org/transitions/html/auto-opencc.html , I
have tested a full rebuild and it was successful, so it should be a smooth
transition. I have control on all listed packages and will fix any bugs that
may pop up during the transition.

Involved packages:

fcitx5-chinese-addons
goldendict-ng
ibus-libpinyin
ibus-libzhuyin
librime

Ben file:

(Please reuse https://release.debian.org/transitions/html/auto-opencc.html )

title = "opencc";
is_affected = .depends ~ "libopencc1.1" | .depends ~ "libopencc1.2";
is_good = .depends ~ "libopencc1.2";
is_bad = .depends ~ "libopencc1.1";

Thanks,
Boyuan Yang

The old binaries got removed from testing.
