Due to #1130812, a no-change-rebuild against the proposed ejabberd update
will be needed for Trixie.

Without this, ejabberd-contrib in Trixie becomes unusable if ejabberd
24.12-3+deb13u2 is approved.

I have tested this on my own Trixie server running ejabberd,
it's the same change every time a new ejabberd package is uploaded.
