Hi I would like to upload linux version 7.0.9-1 to unstable. We import two stable series 7.0.7 (although that was only for the ptrace fix aleady incded before) and 7.0.9. 7.0.10 will be massive in size, so it make sense to first have 7.0.9 uploaded separately. We have a set of additional changes on top:

* Bluetooth: btmtk: accept too short WMT FUNC_CTRL events (Closes: #1136790)
To address an important regression with Bluetooth, we picked the fix
ahead of inclusion upstream in a stable series (they are pending for
the next rounds).
* net: skbuff: preserve shared-frag marker during coalescing (CVE-2026-46300)
* net: skbuff: propagate shared-frag marker through frag-transfer helpers
To address "fragnesia" and variants.
* Enable SND_SOC_SDCA_CLASS as modules SND_SOC_SDCA_FDL, SND_SOC_SDCA_HID,
SND_SOC_SDCA_IRQ as built-in for Panther Lake audio support.
