nmu seedfiles_1.6-2 . ANY . unstable . -m "rebuild with debhelper 13.32"
Currently, seedfiles will not transition to testing because of a
reproduciblity issue, see

The issue is probably fixed by this MR:
https://salsa.debian.org/debian/debhelper/-/merge_requests/160
The latest debhelper release 13.32 includes these changes, so rebuilding
seedfiles via a binNMU should fix the reproducibility issue and should
allow it to transition to testing.
