The latter. Specifically, the syncproxy that provides the NFS mirror for respighi (and other systems at the same hoster) failed to complete its sync for the 01:52 dinstall due to other system load. I noticed the issue around 05:15UTC and re-ran the sync to update the mirror. Regards, Adam
