[ Reason ] Fix FTBFS Bug #1082973. Package fails to build on 4th generation EPYC processors from AMD. [ Impact ] People trying to build the package on such machines will find that the package unexpectedly will not build from source. [ Tests ] I've tested that the package builds again on such machines. [ Risks ] Low. The patch comes from upstream and it's the same patch which was applied for trixie at the time.
