I would like to request a transition slot for polylib, which just had a
soversion bump from libpolylib8 -> libpolylib10. The automated tracker [1]
looks correct.

There are two reverse dependencies:
* barvinok - Will require a source upload. I have a patch waiting in Salsa
that ports it to the new interface.
* cohomcalg - I have confirmed that no changes to the source are needed and a
binNMU will be sufficent.

Thanks!

Go ahead.
