Please unblock ndcube/2.4.1-1 . It was recently removed from testing due
to an RC bug, but now can't migrate because of non-reproducibility. This
package was never reproducible. Also it shows a circular dependency with
specutils, which is in fact a test dependency. specutils is also removed
from testing and solely blocked by ndcube.
