Hello Release Team,

Could you help me understand the "Missing build on all" message for the
`python-cogent` package?

The new version, 2026.10.15-1, defines only a single binary package,
`python3-cogent3`, with the architecture set to `any`. The uploaded `.dsc` file
confirms this:

Binary: python3-cogent3
Architecture: any
Package-List:
python3-cogent3 deb python optional arch=any

The former binary package, `python-cogent-doc`, has been removed from the
source package because it can no longer be built following the migration to
*quarto*-a tool not available in Debian.
The Debian Med team recommended excluding it for the time being; however, the
migration hints ("excuses") continue to report:

Missing build on all

Autopkgtest deferred: missing arch build

Lintian check waiting for test results on all

The old `python-cogent-doc` package is still present in `testing`.

Why does Britney expect a build for all architectures (`Architecture: all`) for
this source package, and is any intervention required from the maintainer?

Excuses: https://qa.debian.org/excuses.php?package=python-cogent

Thanks!
