Not really. This really frustrates me with another R package that has failed to build in November (because the arch was not having all pieces in place) and hasn't been retried. One can try a mail to debian-release but as Gretl is, in the grand Debian sense, a fairly marginal package on which nothing else depends, chances may be it just gets ignored as those guys typically have to deal with bigger and messier transition (like C++ libraries etc) Anyway, I will CC the debian-release list. Eventually, this will sort itself out. As I said before, an alternative is to provide a local repo for your users, as silly as it seems as Debian should just push through here.
