Package: ftp.debian.org
Severity: important
Hello,
This weekend (1-June-2008) several important gnome metapackages have been
removed from Debian Lenny repositories:
gnome-core
gnome-desktop-environment
gnome-cups-manager
update-manager
update-notifier
libgnomecupsui1.0-1c2a
Now, gnome desktop does not appear in Aptitude's tasks.
I guess this will break new Lenny installation tried from the above date (at
least for users who want to install gnome).
I think special effort should be applied to solve this situation as soon as
possible.
Thanks.
Daniel R.

Okay, I believe we're good then. I'm closing the bug.
