Hi,
sane-backends-extras 1.0.19.10 adds back configuration files that went
AWOL at the start of the 1.0.19 branch due to a build system change
that I did not account for for some reason.
It also fixes (1.0.19.9) typos and hyphen vs. minus sign issues in a
manpage.

* backend/epkowa.conf.in, backend/geniusvp2.conf.in,
backend/hp_rts88xx.conf.in:
