please unblock xmcd/2.6-21

Hi,

Please unblock xmcd/2.6-21. It removes two security buggy scripts that are 
probably not used by anyone anyway, but removing to be sure. The previous 
upload by Frank Lichtenheld also did not migrate yet but seems acceptable 
too:

 xmcd (2.6-21) unstable; urgency=high
 
   * QA upload.
   * Drop obsolete Mosaic (yes, Mosaic) scripts, which contain
     a tempfile race (Closes: #496416).

 xmcd (2.6-20) unstable; urgency=low
 
   * QA upload.
     + Set maintainer to QA group.
   * Fix a man page format error.
   * Add watch file.
   * Add Homepage.
