pre-approval for nsis 2.37-3 (stack corruption fix)

Hi RMs,

I'd like to add a patch from nsis upstream to nsis 2.37 to fix a stack
corruption bug in one of the plugins (nsDialogs). win32-loader does
not use nsDialogs so this should not affect it. debdiff attached.
