Please unblock lazarus/0.9.24-0-12 scilab/4.1.2-6 has already been unblocked, but it missing a mipsel build. According to http://buildd.debian.org/~jeroen/status/package.php?p=scilab it seems to have been built, though? Can you retrigger the mipsel build?
