Hi RMs, This ALL translation missing issue(*1) is fixed at update-notifier 0.70.7.debian-5(*2) And I also work for update-manager and translation updates are included at update-manager 0.68.debian-7 (*3) (Thanks to Josselin Mouette!)
I'm not a maintainer of those packages ;), but want it would reach to lenny. Please consider including those translation update packages.
