Unblocking hobbit/4.2.0.dfsg-14lenny1 from t-p-u

Hi,

please import hobbit/4.2.0.dfsg-14lenny1 from t-p-u into lenny.

It fixes a segfault of the network services tester for very
long-living SSL certificates, #503111. (Same fix uploaded as -15 to
unstable, but unstable's libpcre3 is evil.)
