gnubg 0.90-3 was just uploaded. This is primarily a translation update,
but there are some other, very minor (single line or single character)
updates to resolve lintian warnings since I'm making a new upload anyway:
gnubg (0.90-3) unstable; urgency=low
* Remove the now-unused build dependency on quilt.
* Update Vcs-Git and add Vcs-Browser control field.
* Update standards version to 3.8.0 (no changes required).
* Translation updates:
